Not a good experience order was incorrect. I asked for spicy chicken strips. I was told it would 15 minute wait. I was okay... with that I waited around front as requested. It was about 8 to 10 minutes we waited and here came the order i should have knowit wasn't right. We got down around Howey in the hills mynson was hungry and my wife gave him some of the strips. They were notspicy nor were they hot. I understand and agreed to wait then they tried to pull one over on us. I would thouugly check yourorder before leaving this place. Read more

Absolute trash. The service here is abysmal. I live close by and have given this place multiple chances as I do like Popeyes... chicken. Every single time without fail they get my order wrong! How is that even possible? I?m either shorted something or theygive me the wrong food. I can?t for the life of me figure out how they can be this bad. Didn't get my dipping sauces and the staff was not friendly. Coleslaw was awful, sweet tea is too sweet to even drink. Almost 12... dollars for a 3 piece tender meal? No thanks. Will never eat at a Popeyes again, what an awful restaurant they have become. Upyour game, this is garbage Read more
I will never spend another dollar at this location. The night manager at this location is very Rude, she's not a people person... for what I see. When did Popeyes stop taking American Express, that's not what the marque says on the window Mastercard, Visa,Discovery, American Express and 3 more. I can't see myself spending another dollar at this location. Cold French Fries beinghanded out the drive thru, missing food items that you payed your hard earn money for, this is what price hike brings you.Employees still doing a half ask job. You're paying for bad service once night shift hit the floor. The sister that's workingtonight need to keep that bad energy inside her car or at home. This kind of energy can make and break a business, $15.00 forbad service is a no no. I won't be spending another dollar at this location again. I rather drive to Chick-fil-A where I know myday won't be flipped upside down because of a rude employee interaction. The food was decent, but another customer warned me the apple pies have wax paper cooked in them. Sure enough mine had wax paper... fried into it. When the staff gave me a replacement they blamed the cardboard tube they are served in, when it's pretty obviousit was cooked this way (note the cinnamon on the outside of the paper in my photo)...
