Not only is this one the best pubs tucked away in Tavares, it's as authentic as you can get. The atmosphere, service, and food... is awesome. We will be back to sit on the patio when weather is cooler! (Btw, ask about the mugs on the wall.) Read more

The food was great the service however was very bad. Jess was our server and it was challenging with her from the beginning and... it only went downhill from there. Still one of my all time favorite places! The O'Keefe's run a fine traditional Irish pub the way it should be run! They also... have a new Irish whiskey in house straight from Wicklow Ireland, super smooth! I highly recommend thus one for sipping on therocks or straight! Read more

Dark and cozy oasis from the bright sun in lakeside Tavares! Ample seating inside and out. Fascinating decor! The bar is tucked... way in the back - the walk is worth it! Great, expansive menu. Wonderful little spot! Service was excellent and food came out fast. I enjoyed a Black and Tan and a bowl of Bangers and Mash.... Potatoes are light and fluffy and the brown gravy was so flavorful. It was busy with locals which is always a good sign! Will beback. ?? Read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The interior decor is atmospheric - very similar to a traditional pub. The food we... ordered was very good. Nice and hot, cooked to order and fresh. I had the blackened cheeseburger and my wife had the beefstroganoff. My wife and I only live about 5 min from the Seaplane base so this may become a new regular spot for us. Read more

One of mine and my husband's favorite restaurants. The crock pot mushrooms are amazing! And the fish sandwich ( that you... literally have to cut the fish in half and double it up on your sandwich)! Eli (our normal server) is the best. We only go tothat city 3 or 4 times a year and when we sees us he already has our drinks and is putting our appetizer order in. He alreadyknows!
