Wow just ordered pizza and wings was delivered fast and everything was hot and delicious
They have a soft crust pizza that is very good. The flavored crust can add to the flavor of the pizza. I've had several pizzas... here, and so far I have been happy with the amount of sauce and toppings. Their pizzas seem to be consistent and good. Read more
Absolute worst customer service. Nova is unwilling to work with any customers and should not be a shift leader. Website changes... orders and you will not get help from anyone is store. Do not waste your time. There is better pizza at 7/11 across the street. Read more
I was baffled when I called tonight to order my son's usual (junior cheese pizza & 20oz crush). Usually it's that's simple.... Phone call takes 30 seconds or less and they have the order made for me in 8 minutes. Tonight however, a lady with a foreignaccent answered. Tried to order but the lady would not get off the phone with me. Tried to upsell me every item on the menu. Soafter saying "that's all i need" for the sixth time. I hung up on her. Went in to hopefully pick up my order but of course thelady never put it through. The gentleman at the counter said they now have a call center to take orders!!! So, I just spoke to alady in India to order pizza 2 miles away. Not going through that again so I guess I won't be ordering. Read more
Had a gift certificate for $10.00, so I ordered a pizza and bread. When I arrived, they told me that the certificate would not... work because it was stuffed crust (even though the gift certificate had no "restrictions"). I proceeded to explain that thecertificate didn't specify that and I was still paying the remainder but they looked puzzled and said to try to use it on afuture order, which I'm sure will find another reason they won't accept the certificate. Hadn't had HH in ages so glad to find this location. Tried it few weeks ago but my taste buds were off due to illness. Tried... it again and Delicious. The Greek salad is surprisingly good and the pizza hit the spot. The staff has always been veryfriendly. Worth it. Read more
We ordered a large double pepperoni. Got home and opened box only to find out it was cheese only. Called the store which stated... they were short on drivers and would be minimum 45 minimum for another one. Read more
Tried to order some pizza for delivery to my house, I have had it ordered through them multiple times in the past and had it... delivered with no problem. This evening I had a problem ordering pizza they would not deliver it said I was out of theredelivery range.
