Mismanagement. The food is decent. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. My only issue is with management. Me coming... from 30 years plus of customer service and management. I must say management here is lacking to say the least. Just speaking toa few of the employees here. Favoritism is in abundance. It's no wonder they have such a high turnover rate. And the managerspeaking badly about customers to employees. Bad mouthing customers based on their appearance. Extremely unprofessional. It'sbad when the employees have this restaurant have to continually apologize to customers for their managers poor behavior. It'sonly a matter of time before the manager in question bad mouths the wrong person and it causes a serious issue. Read more
Absolute trash. Cold food. 20 minute wait. Employees haven?t a single clue about what?s going on. Cooks back there working with... the lights off. Really used to enjoy this Hardee?s. I don?t know what happened. But every aspect of ?fast good food? is gone. Read more
The manager in the mornings is an angel, I don?t know how she has such patience when dealing with some of the customers. I came... in one morning and she only had 2 other workers in the store, it was 1034 and they were still waiting on 18 breakfast platters.If that was me on any of my shifts I?d be going crazy. I love Hardee?s but this one needs to be shut down everyone fired and rebuilt with competent staff. The absolute most disgusting... place I have ever been in. The people were great the food was not. I haven't been to hardees in a long time. The super star burger came out looking... nothing like the picture. It tasted not fresh and I was disappointed. Not as good as Wendy's or Burger King. The lowestfast food I think. The peach tea was good though. They also had mayo and mustard for my fries which some BK's fail at. Read more

Worst service ever order two burgers watched nine cars go through the drive-through and they still hadn?t started on my two... burgers then when you get your burgers, they were cold and warm even made the way you asked 23 minutes to get two doublecheeseburgers. Unbelievable and absolutely not even an apology from anyone in their entire staff, the only cars parked outsidewere employee cars spread out every other or two parking spots now I know why the buildings ran down the signs are down. I?m noteven sure they are part of the Hardee?s chain anymore but this place is definitely gone downhill.
