This place is the worse ever! The manager scream at us we were told to pull to the door because it was a big order so we did we... waited 50 min till finally we went to the drive thru again our food was just sitting there I asked why our food is sitting therethe answer was why we didn’t come around thing that she never told us! We ask for the manager he was a total jerk! Descriptionwhite skin tall not overweight not skinny guy! This guy yelled at us when was there fault clearly said he is done with peoplelike us but again they never gave us our food and he close the door on our faces and refuse to give us the food we already paidfor! This was the worse experience I had ever! With my daughters and mother and father in law trying to get dinner for churchand now we never got to church do to this manager incompetent! One of the worst fast food places in the area. Never have I seen one single establishment mess up a simple food order so many... times. And I will give them credit if there were any to give. I used to frequent the place. Would have never even stopped theother day if it weren't a request of someone else. So again I trusted them with an order and it's like always they did not letme down they got the order wrong. I ordered one sandwich special and the other one was to be just like it came. The specialsandwich was created correctly, however the other sandwich had no condiments on it as advertised. Would not recommend this placeto anyone. It needs to be sold and turned into an establishment of someone who actually cares about the customer. Staff hasalways been unfriendly and uncooperative. I usually don't even give bad reviews. But this place deserves one. That will be mylast visit to that establishment for the rest of my days. Read more
I would love to give this place a decent review, but I simply can't. Every time we drive through, the service is just terrible.... The last handful of times I've ordered food, it's been disappointing. The checker burgers quality seems to be changing, andthe fries are always old. Shame on Checkers for hiring such incompetent people to work here. We do Door Dash. We had to wait 29 minutes for the order. ... After leaving on our way, we decided to check the order and sure enough there was an item missing. We had to call our customerand thankfully, she was understanding. They have a good product, but unfortunately it is spoiled by their inept employees. Read more
Most disgusting and disappointing fast food dine in experience ever for my wife and myself. We literally waited over 30 minutes... for our food, as drive-thru was definitely a priority that day. While waiting, I went to use the restroom, the men's was locked(with nobody inside), and the women's was overflowing with feces everywhere. Finally got our food, and I was almost too sick toeat it. recieved the wrong order from drive through. not sure how this is possible given i was only vehicle in line. chicken tenders... were completely inedible and dried out. service was rude. this issue seems very similar to the previous issue. possible scam.rude old man at window told me i ordered a coke when i know i didnt. avoid this place. We always eat here cause it is convenient but this time I was very disappointed the worker who was taking orders over the... intercom was very rude. Then they handed us our bag of food and then proceeded to ask for it back. We gave it back thinking theywere checking to make sure everything was there then what we ordered she said we didn’t order when it was clearly on thereceipt. Then we get home and we didn’t even get the right food in our bag. We paid $20 for two sandwiches and a xl fry thenwe also had ice cream. We got chicken poppers with fries and a large fry. We tried to call and no one will answer! I don’tknow what happened to the place it is usually great but this time it was just not! I hope they figure out something! Amazing experience, it was late and the ac unit above the window was very loud and the girl at the window was having a hard time... hearing us. So instead of continuing to try and communicate the manger stepped in acted like a manager stepped in and helped usout sadly I did not get his name but it was after midnight and he was just awesome thank you guys so much you made a stressfulnight really great and it really helped us.
