They always get my mobile order wrong. Literally, moments ago I ordered a spicy chicken pretzel burger. After I pick it up and... get home, they gave me a grilled chicken with nothing else on a plain bun. You can literally get a spicy chicken sandwich fromlike 99 restaurant for a buck or two more than a Wendy's chicken sandwich. Don't waste money at this Wendy's. Read more
Yesterday I had fell down my stair and took a trip to the hospital to be put into a boot and crutches after that my parents... decided to do something nice and get Wendy?s for me..it didn?t turn out nice at all the guy at the drive thru had the uttermostdisgusting attitude ever with my mother and he is very lucky I didn?t throw my drink thru his drive thru window not to mentionthere were employees sitting on their phones when the drive thru was clearly PACKED!! Awful service. Do not order delivery, I've given three chances months apart, each time there is not one sauce even though I... ordered multiple with nuggets. Missing and wrong items each time. Going in for takeout it's very likely you will wait 10-15minutes before even being acknowledged. I waited at the intercom for 10 minutes with no one in front of me while they ignored my ?excuse me?? After waiting without a... ?I?ll be with you in a moment? finally someone took my order. I could tell it was petty that they made me wait because I saidsomething.. 10 cars piled behind me. They were super rude at the window. Ice was spilling on floor and another customer slipped and fell. Manager was so nice about it, the positive take away from the... experience. Asked someone to come and clean it up with a dry mop. A worker came out with a wet mop and pushed the water around.We ordered nuggets for my nine year old and they gave us spicy. The food is good i suppose, but every time I get doordash from this location, im either missing items, wrong items and wrong... condements on food. I had just spoken with the manager and she daid it was because of short staffedness. Apalling, i also workin fast food, and I think its is abhorrent that every single time that i order from this location, the whole order is wrong IE: missing items and totally wrong sandwiches.
