Looooonnnggggg wait in the drive-through. Literally an hour waiting, but we thought it was faster than the indoor service so we... stayed in line. When we got to the window there were several people working, but no one seemed to know what was going on. Andthere was someone's toddler behind the counter and one of the workers was just watching her play. Unbelievable! Read more
After trying to get inside and finding the dining room locked. Myself and my 5 year old sat in line for over 30 minutes. Sat... there waiting for her meal while it was sitting there ready to go. Got home to eat and with THREE bites left I looked to seethat my chicken in my pretzel special sandwich was RAW!! RAW CHICKEN!! I understand they were busy, possibly short staffed 3but, there is never ever an excuse to be serving something that can, and most likely WILL cause incredible sickness.. Funny thatI NEVER eat there too begin with, and when I decide to, this happens.. Grossed out and pretty livid. Have yet to get someone toanswer the phone that has been busy the past 25 minutes. Prob the worst experience ever at a ?fast food? place. 30 min wait. At 9pm on a Tuesday. The manager sat in the office while... this kid did it all by himself. She actually went out side and started to yell and swear at someone while my kids and otherswere right there. So unprofessional. It took 30 min. Food came out cold. Didn?t get my whole order. The food is good I mean it's Wendy's but this location suckson service and cleanliness. The staff wipes there hands on Their... clothes scratching their heads and other body parts then handling food. No gloves hats hairnets etc.... the managers try but theyoung staff could do better if the stayed off their phones and cared about the job Read more
To start took order no receipt. There was about 10 guests waiting for food. Order's were not right watched a server toss out... about 7 meals .ask me what I needed 3 times .two more meals in trash. Finley got the right sandwich had to ask for a cup .whento first soda machine ice don't work been not working for a long time. When to other one got ice it was out of coke. As I sat in line at the drive-through waiting and waiting AND waiting I watched people park and go inside...or, rather, TRY to... go inside. The doors were apparently locked yet no signs anywhere saying that the dining room was closed. People were going fromdoor to door getting clearly agitated as they found each door locked. Amazing. I remained patient and finally got my order in.The ladies at the pick-up window were pleasant enough and didn't seem rattled in spite of the fact that cars were lined up outto the street on a busy Saturday afternoon. And my guess is that they were short-handed. Then it went downhill. The cold Dave'ssingle and the terrible, cold French fries went right into the nearest trash container. The only thing I could salvage afterspending $10 was the Diet Coke. I would have demanded a refund but I didn't have the half hour to wait again in line and, ofcourse, the doors were locked.
