Shout-out to these folks, especially at the drive-thru; they ALWAYS always get my orders right and I always get great customer... service whether at the window or counter. My food is consistently hot, fresh, and full of flavor. BK beats its golden archedcompetitor next-door by a long mile! I am picky with service and food, but do recommend this BK for a quick bite on the run. Read more

The drive through line was back up to the street so my wife and I decided to go in, thinking that might be faster. Not only did... we wait in the dining room for 20+ minutes while there were minimal customers in side of the building. On a number of occasionsthey gave our sandwiches to people in the drive through line. After waiting the time we did we get home to our orders beingwrong. They put a chicken patty between buns and pushed it through. No topping I asked for were included. Very poor service andcrew members. Read more
They have been short-staffed for a bit now and they are doing their best! It may take a minute in drive through but food is hot.
The food is usually good and orders are generally correct. The main issue we have with this location are the extremely long wait... times in line both at the drive through and inside. I get that the staff is trying their hardest and for the most part they'veall been friendly and attentive including the one time they did get our order wrong. It's just not the best option if you're onyour lunch hour or need a quick meal. Read more
