Honestly the worst Subway I've ever been to. Ordered delivery a few weeks ago of vegetarian dishes... Arrived with bacon, when... it clearly wasn't on the order receipt. I tried to talk with the owner and arrange for a refund, to avoid this poor review and acharge back via credit card. I contacted 3 times and then just got a sorry. After persisting, she said she didn't know how to doa refund. Literally told me she could not figure it out. I tried to help, I really did - this poor review is the product ofweeks of my time and effort to try and help, to no avail. Very deserved 1 star. Read more

I go here all the time! Sad to admit how often haha. Typically I stop in just to get a large drink for the agua fresca. And... today it was extremely busy but after I paid for it I realized the drink was low. It didn?t fill my cup but half way so I askedhow long it would (knowing how long, as I?ve waited bfr) the 1st lady simply said it is out then and won?t fill it I said Icould wait so they could bring the line down. After 10min the 2nd lady said that that was it and won?t check to refill it. Noteven to simply look if they have it (which we all know, they do). It literally takes no more than 2 min to put the stuff in thecontainer to get it going. I said I can?t drink the other drinks and asked the 3rd lady if she can check for me. Again she alsosaid no. All 3 employees refused to even check if they had it to refill but offered to let me get a water. I don?t want a water.I waited 20min just for all 3 employees to refuse to refill it or even check if they have it. It was overall really frustratingsince I waited for all of the customers to finish and there were on 2 customers and 3 employees when I asked the 3rd employee.I?m only giving 3 stars bc I have had a couple good experiences out of the few bad ones.
