after a long day of work I headed over to my local Starbucks to get some coffee as one would and a sandwich. i place my order... and wait at the little window for my coffee and sandwich. a bit of time passes and I get my drink and all I?m waiting for is mysandwich. several customers pass by and get their drinks and I am still waiting for my sandwich. 20 minutes be exact and Iremind them about my sandwich and guess what, turns out they completely forgot about it and I was on my feet for so long waitingfor it. once they handed my sandwich after so long of waiting, I see my sandwich and it was completely lopsided! verydisappointed I will not be going back and will be taking my money else where . thanks a lot Vanessa D and others Read more

Well, I know people are entitled to their own opinions, BUT, I?ve been going to Starbucks for a long time and been to quite a... few. This one, inside Vons, is by far the absolute best. Mickie, the manager, has a wonderful demeanor and has never gotten myorder I incorrect. As a matter of fact, no one there has ever. I give other Starbucks the chance to live up to this one, but noone ever has been able to. Mickie deserves a raise and employees that she can count on. Just my thoughts, but when you burn herout, you guys will be very sorry. Hardest worker I have seen in a long while. She should be staffed with people that areadependable and want to work. Hi Starbucks company, I have to write a review on an employee of yours at this location by the name of Wes. Omg I?m always on... the road and love Starbucks Mango Dragon fruit drink and I?ve been too plenty throughout Los Angeles and always either have itmade too sweet not sweet enough or not sweet at all, most of the time no fruit. Now I live in the city of Los Angeles and cameto this Vons once visiting my mother and had to get me my usual hoping that it would be good. Came across this gentleman by thename Wes looking at him hoping that he would make it good. What surprise me the most was his customer service absolutelywelcoming it?s hard to find someone who?s customer service is genuine and polite. I was very pleased to have came across him Iam 5 months pregnant and will tell it like it is but couldn?t wait to test my drink. I walked away so satisfied with how it wasmade just perfect just how I would love to have it closer to home. I am willing to travel from LA to the valley to have thisgentleman Wes make my drink. You have a very important employee and I enjoy his service every time to where I had to write areview something that I don?t do.
