Employees refused to make fresh meat even though they close in 45 minutes. There wasn?t anything available besides limited... barbecoa and a hand size worth of carnitas. They weren?t professional and refused to answer questions that I asked in regards towhether or not they were going to provide any more meats. They were portioning food incorrectly and only gave small amounts ofrice and meat because they were ?low? meaning there was nothing. This was the Tarzana Location on Ventura Blvd. the employee whorefused to make the food was named John I believe. The team members who were on the line are named Chloe and Alfred. Thesepeople seem to lack quality customer service and have forgotten what time they close and what is considered fresh and goodquality ingredients which include fresh meat. The fact that they didn?t want to make anything not even meat for the next hour istruly disappointing. . Also why are the chips always stale and old? This is an everyday thing at that location. I refuse to paymoney towards a restaurant that doesn?t care for their customers. People work and get off at 9pm or later, they shouldn?t stopproviding friendly, accommodating service because they are lazy and don?t want to clean things up. Brian can go.. get rid of that dude and promote Felipe or Eli or give them a raise. Brian likes to run up on people over a drink... after they've paid $36 for half a.. meals (weak portions).. I'm all for you just doing your job but over doing it like you'regetting paid passively or residually and not being a solid person can run customers away. YOU'RE A WORKER BRO.. RELAX.. Hit and miss depending on who is working. I always have to ask for a better serving of food! For the price I expect at least a... heaping spoon full. They never clean the tables. I have to bring my own wipes. Clean the front door please. I do like thechicken bowls. It is my favorite. Read more
The portions here are so WEAK. And inappropriate. Not only in person but ESPECIALLY through any delivery service and I know that... anyone can relate at this point. Today I went to get a bowl in person and they still gave me minimal portions and when you askfor more they say they?re running out. And I asked for more lettuce people. LETTUCE! My husban and I really like chipotle but we banned it for ourselves because once we got there to eat we paid twice because for... the first payment the chashier said your payment didnt work.
