When you're able to secure a reservation, definitely go on the tour for the context of everything you'll be eating later and the... snacks. (Definitely heed the advice to wear walkable shoes and bundle up.) Everything during the dinner service was amazing! Idon't want to spoil anything, but be ready for some wonderful surprises! one-of-a-kind meal at one of the most stunning restaurants in the country. while very pricey & definitely a bit of a trek from... the city, it is 100% worth it and you will be transported to a different dimension. the beginning of the meal is sampling of thefresh produce from the farm. then you move into the bread (which is the BEST) and savory courses. the chicken is the bestchicken i have ever tasted. the amazing thing about the whole experience is the chef chooses your courses tailored to you, andyou get to keep a custom menu after. Absolutely loved every bit of the experience. ????Had one of the best meals at the Cafeteria. Stunning decorations with flowers... & plants. Quality of food is top-notch - you can really tell that they're serving farm to table based on how fresh theingredients are. Everything just melted in my mouth but the white gazpacho was my favorite. Will try to pay a visit every seasonto taste all the other dishes they have to offer! Read more

Worth all the hype, absolutely exceptional experience that transcends “fine dining”; the property truly welcomes you as a... guest and invites you to see all the inner workings (including a portion of the meal in the kitchen). Would only ask that theymake it easier to catch a taxi or Uber for when the meal ends late. Read more

Would’ve given this place a 5 star but here’s what happened during my visit : We were the only group of Asians that was... part of the morning tour, and while we were done with our tour and all of us were heading to the restaurant, the serversintentionally walked passed us toward the group behind us so we were not greeted or guided to our seats. Luckily Julia noticedthat we were left behind and filled in immediately. Food was stellar, plating as well. Love the farm to table concept andnothing goes to waste. Not even the animal bones. Sourdough was the best I’ve ever had. You get really really full so makesure you come with an empty stomach. Personally would not recommend the tour unless you’re really interested in learning howthey recycle and reuse everything. Read more
