Ordered pizza from Doughboys. Specials are great, prices are very reasonable. Quality of the food was great and the delivery... time was very quick! They also offer gluten free options which is a bonus! I would definitely recommend! Read more

My family orders from here frequently. We also usually get a pretty large order. Upwards of $100, where the only thing that's a... constant is two 16ct pizzas. We've tried almost everything on the menu here over the years. Everything we have had has beenpretty great. The portions are above average and the turn around time between order and food being done is on par with otherbusy food establishments in the area. I will say a few things regarding negative commentary I've heard from recommending thisplace to people over the years. 1.) They are usually crazy busy because their food is so great. If you get a busy signal, it'sbecause others are ordering. (This is common sense) Also, If you wait until they are almost closed and call to order food, that's on you for waiting so long. They stop taking orders 20 mins prior to closing to get the last food orders out and start toclean up at the end of the day. (Again, common sense. Plan your food orders better.) 2.) This one is also kind of obvious butit needs to be said. When placing an order, TELL THEM EXACTLY what you want. They aren't mind readers. If you want sauce on theside, say so. If you are food sensitive, tell them you don't want that specific item on your food. DON'T ASSUME that food comesa specific way. If you do, and you're wrong, that's on you. (I've made this mistake myself by assuming mozzarella sticksautomatically came with marinara, or having mayo on a sandwich where I wasn't expecting it.) I always ask what is on the new tome items and order accordingly now. Regardless, the people are extremely nice every time I'm there, the food has always beenexcellent and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the business. Doughboy's is a definite must-try/have take-out businessin Mt. Pleasant. Read more

Like the other reviews, ordering is a huge problem. Big issue is getting someone on the phone is the challenge. There is... nothing wrong with the food, but ordering 2 sandwiches in such a small town does not require over an hour long wait. This isnot the first time it has happened either. Read more
