This location is really struggling with the app. Multiple times when I have selected the curbside option they have had to come... out and ask my order as they somehow cleared it from the system and still got it wrong. Most recently I was told the app can'tshow when they are out of certain drinks (not true) and I had to use the app to request a refund which is the exact opposite ofwhat the app says. Read more

Very rude!! Need to hire some respectful employees!!! Girl at first window didn't even greet me or open window. I then drove to... the next window and she came to that window laughing in my face. Food was hot including the fries. Should have asked if the ice cream machine was working. I would have given them five stars.
There are 2 older ladies that work most mornings on the early shift. They are the sweetest ladies! Always polite & smiling!!
Staff is poor with customer service and Rude. The food is somewhat edible but only if you're really hungry. And don't try and... ask fir ice cream or a shake after 6pm. Their machine is always "broken". Read more
I went to redeem some of my rewards. Maybe it's been a while, but this is what I received. I asked about it, because it wasn't... full. The fries even look tired.
