Everyone was absolutely lovely from being welcomed at the door, seated and served. My complaint is with food. We did go later... in the evening so maybe that had an effect on some of it but the fries had a texture that they were reheated, my burger wasunder cooked, salad was drenched in too much dressing, and when I bit our son's kids chicken slider the texture did not feelfully cooked. - I did not complain, I assume they would have rectified the situation for as friendly as everyone was but Ifigured we'd reheat the chicken and burger and have it for left overs. My husband and our other 2 children did not have anycomplaints. We were charged for things that should have been included in other things, such as my drink charged separately whenit should have been a part of the "3 for me". I did not notice it until we got home and I saw the email receipt since my husbandpaid at the restaurant. But again, I'm sure if they were made aware it would have been taken care of. All in all, we've been tochili's many many times and never had issues with food before so, will I go back? Yes, because this isn't their norm. 3 stars for a few reason. Took 5 minutes to get seated and was seated by a different person than the one who said 'be with you... in a minute.' A couple walked in, server addressed them IMMEDIATLY and said 'come on in!!' I assume they're regulars buteveryone should get the same level of service. The table in front and behind were both sat after me and they got their food anddrinks before me. It's not about the items ordered, they had burgers I had a mid rare steak, they take approximately the sameamount of time(6oz) Aside from that the servers and other staff were very professional and polite, one even brought me acontainer for my clear retainer so I wouldn't throw it away on accident. If you get a waitress with glasses and presumably a ponytail, expect her to flat out ignore you over "bigger parties" (ie bigger... tips). We were seated and waited twenty minutes for drinks, then HALF AN HOUR for a single appetizer. Got said appetizer from acompletely different waiter, and it was barely warm and nasty. Didn't even bother ordering actual meals because of how long shetook. Oh, but those other bigger tables got their drinks and food faster than us, and they had ordered AFTER us. You shouldn'tbe working as a waitress if you're going to pick and choose your tips, which is why you didn't get one from me :) Good jobassuming we wouldn't tip you well! She even knew we were upset because she didn't even bother asking how to food was or how wewere doing, just straight up "do you want your check" like she had better things to do. I've genuinely never been to a worse restaurant in my life. This Chili's is my metric for ranking what an awful garbage... restaurant is like. I ordered chicken tenders and fries, probably the most basic menu item at any diner in the western world,and they brought me undercooked chicken. Not one time, not even twice, THREE consecutive times at the same visit. Mate, thesetenders had DOUGH on them instead of breading. Me and my mom sent them back so many times, it was well over an hour before thethird time they messed up and served me undercooked chicken that we asked to speak to a manager, who at first fought with usabout getting it taken off the bill because I had eaten some of my fries while waiting for edible chicken. Man. This experienceput me off visiting Chili's for the rest of my life. Great restaurant, it wasn't very busy around 3pm. Quiet, clean, and organized. The service was excellent, fast, professional. I... had a medium-well bacon burger, freshly made french fries and a fresh lemonade.. Best lunch could you ask for after three hoursdriving! Read more

There was a 10mimuet wait,, which is fine. Was ready when they said it would be.. Soup was really good, appetizers were alright,... had better from there before. Service sucked, went the whole meal without a refill or being checked on. Didn't seem that busy,only 5 tables in our section. Everyone has bad days, but the basics weren't met. Read more
The cleanliness of this location should have been an indicator of what to expect. We ordered a combination of chicken and beef... nachos that were unlike anything I'd ever seen. Each chip was built as an individual nacho and baked to an inedible mound of adried up and burnt-brown concoction displayed on a platter like a colorless arts and crafts project. We nixed any attempt togive ourselves a stomachache and pushed that aside wondering why we came here. Next up, we ordered the Triple Dipper appetizerthinking we would have better 1-3 odds. However, by the time the new appetizer arrived to our table we had filled up on soda andthe chips and salsa we were given as a consolation for the nachos and the now 45 minutes that had passed. No surprise we did notattempt an entree and even though we hesitated to take home the Triple Dipper, the leftovers never made it out of our fridgeexcept to the receptacle on trash pick up day.
