The homemade turkey dinner is to die for! My daughter had the steak and cheese sub sandwhich and she raved on about it being... tender and full of flavor. The only thing missing from my dinner was a buttered dinner roll or bread to sop up the deliciousturkey gravy. What a treat this place is...an absolute gem. I hadn't been back in over 20 years. Not because my last visit was bad but because I seldom got down that way on Pinellas... Avenue. Big mistake. This place is worth driving out your way for. The corned beef is spectacular and the Greek cookies just astasty. They served us free soda while we waited on our food. Absolutely amazing place! This was the first time we went and it did not disappoint. The unassuming exterior/interior is no... reflection of quality here because everything is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Falafel, spanakopita, and pastitsio are definitely one ofthe best in the area. The avgolemono is hummus are both zesty and filling. We also had a corned beef sandwich and while they wasa bit on the salty side, the portions were great. Of course.c we had to get some desserts and I'd definitely recommend it!Cannoli's are amazing, kataifi and baklava are both fresh and delicious. First time here and was blown away by the quality of food. You can easily tell that the dishes are made with love and definitely... a spot for comfort food. We ordered a turkey sandwich with with dark and light meat, big salami sandwich, delicious lamb pita,fresh greek salad, citrusy greek lemon chicken soup and tuna. Everything was fresh and they gave generous portions. The staffwas polite and patient and made us feel welcomed. We had a wonderful vegan meal here on my birthday. One of the owners, I didn't catch her name but she was so sweet and... welcoming, assured us we would have the best falafel wrap of our lives and she did not lie to us. It was fresh and all of theflavors went so well together, and the falafel was nice and crispy. We also had some sides and they were great, too.
