After waiting for approximately 3 minutes and having 3 people look at me, but not acknowledge my existence, I left. I get that... the young man closest to the register was crushing ice, but maybe a "Hello! Be with you on a minute" would have went a long way.Somebody needs to train the employees on customer service. A simple hello and thank you can make a big difference. Read more

So I usually go to the etna Dunkin and I?m a regular there. Yesterday, because of the roadwork on 28, I came to this one. I get... the same thing everyday. A large ice Carmel macchiato and one order of bagel minis. Usually my order comes to $7.57 When Iordered the same thing here my order came to 12.57 Do Dunkin?s prices range from location? I asked to see the receipt and shewouldn?t give it to me. She told me it was in my Dunkin app. I drove away as I had to go to work, and couldn?t find it in theDunkin app. I think the girls working here are stealing. But they made my coffee good. Absolutely terrible! We stopped for iced coffees and at first thought they were closed because no one came to take our order.... After waiting for an incredibly long time we were handed an iced pumpkin spice latte that was almost completely milk and pumpkinsyrup and an iced americano that looked like iced tea with no ice in it at all. Yesterday I had ordered the humus on toast with roasted tomatoes. One of my favorite things. When I got it home I found that... all I got was humus on bread. No tomatoes and the bread wasn't toasted. I called and asked to speak to the manager. A young ladygot on the phone and said her name was Sookie. I explained about my order being wrong. I told her it was unacceptable that way.She took my name and said to just come in again and they would remake it for me. It didn't have to be that day. She would leavea note on the board. She also said she would make sure it was good and toasted. I stopped today and ordered the humus on toastagain. This time when I got it home it was burnt. I called again and asked to speak to the manager. When I explained about myorder I was again told to come back and they would remake it for me. She sounded a bit bored so I asked to speak with her boss.A young woman by the name of Alexis got on the phone. I asked her if this was how customers who complained about their ordersbeing wrong got treated. She said no. I told her about the burnt toast. She said that was my opinion of burnt. I told her that Icould stop back and show it to her. She replied that she knew what it looked like. She was the one that made it! Dont complainabout your order. AVOID THIS LOCATION. I don?t even know why I go to this location. They mess my order up every time. Avoid this location if... possible. It?s unfortunate that this is the only coffee location in the area. Sheets is better than this place. I don?t preferstarbucks but their customer service is 100% better, they try to please the customer versus being an inconvenience to asksomeone to their job and the correct way. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. I received a sesame seed bagel onlyone side had cream cheese, the bagel was also burnt, not even edible. I don?t understand what employee would think it?sacceptable to service this. The time before this I ordered a peppermint mocha latte and received a coffee with peppermint syrupin it. I come to this location nearly 3 days a week for work and it has every single time been a bad experience. I dont have the luxary... of going elsewhere or I would. I have complained about wrong orders, nobody paying attention to customers ( line was long butnobody cared) they all stand around in the back talking but act as if nobody is in there. They are always out of donuts. Theplace is rather dirty. Horrible and shameful. They will walk right by you and not even so much as look at you foracknowledgment. Read more
