What a disaster. Ordered pizza and drove 10+ miles round trip to get something I did not order. Called the 1800 number and told... to expect follow up within 48 hours. Nothing. I get the feeling that they do not care. Papa Johns needs to take down their sign. Read more
My husband completed an order for carry out and I went to pick it up at the drive thru window. I was told the price of the order... was $35.51, gave the employee my card and she gave me my order. When she came back to give me my card, she did not provide mewith a receipt. Something told me to check my account, I saw that the transaction was run for $39. I called to speak to amanager and informed her of the situation and there was nothing that could be done to fix the situation without me having toreturn to the location. I am highly disappointed b/c a tip was taken without my authorization and the employee did not even giveme the opportunity to provide a tip if I wanted to. Read more
Wasn?t aware that the service at this location is horrible (I hadn?t seen the reviews where 9 out of 10 warned everyone how bad... it was). Waited in lobby over 20 minutes without acknowledgement from anyone. Then, after I called-out someone replied; ?Justa minute?. After 15 more minutes, we finally placed an order for Two Large Pizzas & 4 drinks. There weren?t any other customersthere, but we were told it would be 30 min. 45 minutes later our Pizzas weren?t ready. We had been there for over an hour, &still had nothing?. ETA wasn?t even given. I'll just write another review since I can't reply to the owner ... Logan AKA Driver is awesome .... Owner you ... (Are not... pleasant) ... You want to make a response saying "Relax"... Get your restaurant that supposedly you "own" in order ... Inworking conditions order!!!! Regardless it doesn't matter. You're reviews speak for themselves. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pizza and got one with a ton of pepperoni even though I asked for none. I got a new... pizza sent and that was great and also got a refund. Just now, I ordered a pizza and noticed it felt heavy on one side. I openit and what do I see? My pizza mushed up. It had been like that the whole ride because it settled into that position and willNOT come apart into slices. It?s also under done. The toppings were correct but half of my pizza is inedible. A soggy, undonepizza is the worst thing you can ever have. I will NEVER order from here again. This is the only pizza place that will deliverto my house so it?s quiet disappointing. Couldn?t get in touch with anyone when I called which was supposedly after close, eventhough they didn?t wait for their driver to get back which makes no sense. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I had a wonderful experience yesterday at this establishment, the gentleman who I'm assuming was the manager or shift leader was... very helpful, I had an issue with a particular coupon, but he was so very accommodating in helping to get the situation takencare of, and the pizza was hot, fresh and delicious! I really wish I had gotten his name since he was so friendly and helpful,but I would return there just because of the great service I received! $1.00 wings on weekends. Only sold as 8, 16 or 24.
