Sweet restaurant with standard American food. I was not too impressed by their Wednesday Sushi night. The rolls were creative... but not too authentic. I feel like they traded simplicity and fresh fish for uniqueness. Their desserts however are amazing. Iloved their strawberry shortcake! A great restaurant in Tarboro, which was a somewhat surprising find all things considered. The Sushi was great and the dishes I... saw pass by looked really awesome. We sat outside which was a nice option. The wine selection was terrific even though Iopted for a local beer from Tarboro Brewing Company but that was a great choice. The location isn't exactly on the "square" butit's 1 block off main, convenient, and easy to find parking. If you're headed east or west on US-64, take the short driveinto downtown for some great, upscale but casual food. Read more
