It wasn't bad. Food was fine. Dining room needed a little cleaning, but unlike a lot of BKs at least it was open.
Wrong sand. Got another was cold..... Didint wabt to get another managers and employees bitxhin about money someone gave for... breakfast and they just realized there change wasnt give from a 50 00 bill. So probably an employee kept it range it in as a20 from way it sounds. Will never eat here again. Read more

Pulled up to the drive through at 930pm. No answer at the speaker for 10 minutes. Pulled up to the window and waited for 5... minutes while the drive through worker had her back to the window attempting to ignore us. The worker open the window and rudelyas what I wanted. To her that we been waiting for 15 minutes. She rolled her eyes and stated that they were out of drinks andclosing at 10pm. I told the worker that we wanted the 2 for 10. The worker rolled her eyes and repeated they had no drinks. Thisis unacceptable. Everyone working there the night of 7/25/2022 needs to be fired and replaced. Nothing but racist. Read more
Went through the drive thru, ordered,told her my coupon # . Came to 5.45 , got to the window and the manager tells me 11.00 and... something. I said no 5.45. She said what did you order, I told her and that I used a coupon. She replied well, you have to dothat when you order. I replied I did. How did she figure I came up with the discount price and no apology, nothing. Had to wait4 more minutes for my order. Normally I do not complain but dang. Read more
Waited an hour in line, 25 mins of that was after we paid. Then didn't even get a "sorry for the wait". Just handed us the food... without a word. We watched 2 cars full of people who parked and walked in get their food before we did. I know fast food isstressful on the employees, but this experience was just super bad. Read more
UPDATE: 10/22 Nothing has changed, 12 minutes to order and get ONE Chicken Jr and leave... so no improvements.... I wouldn't... think it would take so long to get 2 Whoppers, or have them prepared properly or have them served hot. I haven't been there inatleast 6 months or more, but decided to give them another chance, but I see nothing has changed unfortunately. I went at 2pm,there was no one ahead of me, and only 2 tables with people eating, it really shouldn't take 10 minutes for cold food, or tohave it made correctly. Read more
