This was an unexpected gem that we stumbled upon. The lovely Taiwanese lady who served us was enough for us to love this place,... but the food was truly exceptional and some of the best Chinese food we have had. We started with chicken dumplings (akapotstickers) that were lightly fried to a perfect crispness without any hard edges. The cashew chicken was filled with zucchini, mushrooms and pineapple while being generous with both the chicken and the cashews. ???? The mushu pork is a highlight, as itwas so perfectly made without being soggy or greasy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hidden gem. Read more

I stopped in at 7 pm and waited for about 5 minutes at the counter before anyone would take my order. I said it would be for... takeout and was told it would be a 40 minute wait. Sorry but not worth it! I went next door and got takeout in 10 minutes. Read more

Wow! This place cooks some great tasting food. Don't come here for the looks or decor, come for amazing Chinese food. The... sesame chicken had lean, white meat, cooked perfectly... lightly battered and crispy. The volcano shrimp had just the rightamount of heat with a wonderful flavor. I spooned up all of the sauce from both plates at the end. I would have preferred porkegg rolls over the spring rolls, but after my entree I forgot all about the appetizers. I really wish I lived closer to thisrestaurant, I would be here once a week. If you're visiting Taos, stop by Yu Garden Asian Cuisine. If you live here, I envy you.Tell Rose Greg from Texas said hi. ????????????We had house fried rice and family style tofu and they both are delicious. The fried rice is not oily at all and... quite ?refreshing?. The tofu is spicy but tolerable and pack lots of flavor. ??????They are still doing to-go only but do givethem a try! I guarantee that you won?t regret it. Read more

Not the quality we were expecting. The food was bathed in sauce, making everything super soggy. The food did not resemble the... pictures we saw on the website. We ordered curry shrimp and tofu with vegetables so not recommended items but maybe we canblame this on COVID like everything else this year. Read more

Tried this place due to good reviews. I had sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, hot and sour soup and California tempura... roll with spicy salmon roll for $23 before tip. Considering the location, the food was good. Try this place out if you are inTaos and are in the mood for Chinese and/or sushi. Read more
