This restaurant is a legitimate New Mexican spot. We had enchiladas (pulled pork and chicken) they were outstanding. Service is... top notch and friendly. Fire pit outside while you are waiting was a great place to meet new friends. Decor is the ultimateanti-chain and feels like somebody cared enough to pick it all out. We are coming back. Read more

Absolutely charming. We loved everything about it, including the authentic New Mexican food, great presentation, aesthetic /... decor / atmosphere and friendly service. The staff all seemed to love being there, as did the customers. That to me demonstratessomething special, and it shows in the care and artistry of their plates. This is possibly the best Mexican food I?ve had which is saying a lot since I?m from San Antonio. We had the Blue Corn Shrimp... Enchiladas. They were very accommodating when I asked for asked for low carb replacements instead of the beans and white corn.They offered a wonderful cucumber pico with tomatoes. Then we had their amazing avocado pie which reminds me of key lime pie.Highly recommend this restaurant when you are in Taos,New Mexico. They have been in business for 26 years. Read more

Orlando's has a really cool outdoor area with chairs around a fire pit this time of year. The interior was cool and comfy. The... wait staff was attentive and friendly. The prices were good and the beer was very cold. I had the shrimp burrito. And while theshrimp was cooked perfectly, the dish was covered in the red chili sauce that didn't have much flavor. The entire dish had thesame bland flavor, I would have preferred more variety. The hot cocoa also tasted like it was made with water and a hotchocolate packet. Read more

Busy but only waited 10-15 minutes. Orlando?s has been around quite a while and is settled into their ways, and their ways are... pretty good. I?m a green chili fan so I was a little bit disappointed with my Reina plate but that?s on me. It was pretty goodconsidering how much red there was.
