It?s a Blake?s. A new Mexico staple. Unfortunately this place was under staffed like a lot of businesses after the pandemic. The... only reason for the lower stars was because of the amount of flies in the place. It?s old and needs to expand to accommodate thepatrons. Even with the understaffing the place was busy. Was not impressed. Upon arrival, trash on floors, soda spilt on counter and tea surrounding the tea container. As I waited I... cleaned. My burger was missing the cheese I paid extra for and seemed unseasoned but over all was okay and the seasoned frieswere great! The young man running the till got yelled at multiple times in my 15 minute wait for standing around and notfollowing orders as directed. Willing to try again but definitely not this location. DELICIOUS!!! I have been coming to this Lotaburger for years and the last couple of visits had not been up to the standard I had... gotten used to. The burgers were a little smaller and not as tasty. Today I gave it one last shot and I am glad that I did. Theburgers were large and juice with the perfect amount of green chili that hit the spot. Great job guys keep it up. Read more
Placed order online for 7 breakfast burritos at the 1136 Paseo del Pueblo Sur (south location), charged my card and arrive for... pick up and the location is closed. I did call headquarters office in Albuquerque and customer rep I spoke to was very helpfuland is crediting my card. I did suggest local stores need to turn off online ordering when they aren't open, as both north andsouth side locations tend to switch off on hours of operation. Read more
