Food is decent but the guy behind the counter should be no where near customers. Tells people to go to Mcdonalds or Wawa or... Weis if they dont like something. He is rude and very disrespectful. By the way, we did go to Wawa!!! Read more
We stopped in on a whim heading home. Not knowing what to expect, ordered subs. They were beyond our expectations. But if you do... stop in, I strongly recommend you look at every piece of wall. The more we looked the more menu items we found. If they weren't180 miles away, we would make it a regular stop. Read more
Food good, but unsanitary! Have been here a few times recently since relocating back to the Poconos. Only tried breakfast... sandwiches. Sandwiches tasted 'pretty good', but today the bread was a slightly hard/dry on one side (old, perhaps?). Last time,I ordered my sandwich and was waiting and waiting in deli for it, as I was the only customer in there. The man behind thecounter remained busy prepping food, other lady in office. Then I happen to notice, my sandwich was done and resting on shelffor check out. Would have been nice if they communicated so I could have a hot breakfast. *Today I saw a man picking up slicedtomatoes with his bare hands. AND another older gentleman was wearing gloves- I observed him open the front door leaving thedeli, walk to the auto store next door, return, and resume cooking/prepping with the SAME latex gloves on. We placed a large order for delivery, they had some issues and didn't deliver, once I got over the stress of not having the food... on time. I picked up the 4-5 Foot subs, and 2-2 Foot subs! The sandwiches were amazing, very tasty everyone loved them. Kim alsorefunded me the delivery charge and some additional money for the stress and inconvenience without me even asking her for that.they were very sorry and felt badly for the stress they caused me. I would use them again. I did have to get over the appearanceof the place, but we do need to always look deeper than the skin. Read more

I called on a Tuesday to place an order for 14 feet of party subs for an event that upcoming Sunday. When we arrived on Sunday... we were told they did not have our order. No accountability was taken for such a massive mishap as they denied ever knowingabout our order. We took them up on their offer to make a bunch of individual subs. What choice did we have with hungry guestexpecting 14? of party heroes; walking in with a bag of subs was quite the embarrassment. No discount was given as theycontinued to play dumb about the order. But hey, at least they threw in some free cookies? ???? Of the 14 subs we ended upordering (7 Italians and 7 chicken cutlets), the Italian subs were sup-par with little meat. Read more
