Started working there and by the third day I had to walk out because the management was absolutely AWFUL. Had no idea who the... assistant manager was until my second day on the job because she NEVER introduced herself. Instead of her showing me how to doanything the correct way she would just say that I was being trained wrong, she would watch me do something (refilling milk,etc) and instead of telling me I was putting the milk in the wrong spot she waited until I poured the entire gallon of milk inthe wrong spot before telling me as she was watching me the entire time. Her attitude is absolutely disgusting. The GM and theDM were unprofessional as well. When I told the manager it was not working out for me and explained to him that I think themanagement needs improvement he went around and told the other employees I am too soft. Something prevents them from filling the cup. Coconut milk lattes do not have foam, and the milk is not measured by a machine.... Not sure what spirit is stopping their hands from pouring the proper amount of milk in the pitcher but I pay for a lg and get amd here. Read more
2 different entrances into drive through. Creates traffic jam and road rage from angry coffee- wanting people. Tried parking,... got out to go inside. Inside was closed. Took 20 minutes just to get out of the parking lot. Thank God my wife wasn?t pregnant. Read more
Okay so I have been going to this Dunkin nearly on a daily basis for the past couple of years. I have had several several issues... before however I've been getting a little more more frustrated... there are some places that you go to where the employeesreally take pride in customer service and Order accuracy, however this is not one of them. I can't actually say it's not at allbecause there are a couple of people there that I have not had a problem with but I have had more issues than not. For example,I went there yesterday on my way to work bought a large iced coffee and an everything bagel that I specified with extra extracream cheese. I do that because 95% of the time that I asked for extra cream cheese it is so thinly on the bagel that you canactually see through it so I have now gotten into the habit of saying the word extra twice ridiculous I know. I'm attaching animage of what extra extra cream cheese seems to look like, this happens to me on several occasions as I frequent there almostevery single day. Today, I went back ordered ham egg and cheese on an English muffin and a large Frozen with whipped cream. Ihave attached images of what I received from this morning, no cheese on the sandwich and a ton of whipped cream that not onlyfilled the bubble lid but took up an eighth of a cup. I do not have the time to go back and complain as I make a 40-minute driveto work every single day, but this is a little ridiculous between today and yesterday alone I have spent almost $16 and as Isaid I am there I'm nearly a daily basis and it's not like I'm somebody that hasn't been seen before they know that I go thereand they know that I spend money it should not be that difficult to get the order correctly, I am now at a point where I will goto a different Dunkin if need be which sucks because the other one that I go to is a little higher price but if my order isalways correct there it is almost worth it. not saying this to get anybody into trouble, and I have h Read more
