Despite the mixed reviews, we stopped in and ordered takeaway. 1) Egg Rolls— lots of veggies and a little meat. Not too... greasy. Flaky. 2) fried pork dumplings—good! Not thick dumpling dough that is so common in American Chinese food. 3) specialwonton soup for 2– good broth. Nice veggies, shrimp and chicken and pork. Wonton filling was a little sweet. 4) pork ho fun—sauced enough. Nice flavor. Better than I remember any other place I’ve tried in the poconos. 5)broccoli and tofu— asked fora white sauce instead of the customary brown sauce. They were completely accommodating and even asked if we wanted the tofufried or steamed. We got it steamed. Really satisfying flavor I normally don’t write reviews but after reading a few for ChopStix (Chopsticks) that would have normally dissuaded us from trying, I thought it was important to share our good experience. Worst hot and sour soup ever and I have to pay $1 extra to get it. Not worst single dime. The dish just horrible.
