Pizza barely warm even tho I arrived 10 minutes prior to given time...took less than 5 minutes to get home...
This PH definitely gets a lot of business, but more just for picking up. My family and I decide to dine-in for a change. I think... we took them by surprise when we said we would like to dine-in. Very quick service, didn't wait long for the pizza orbreadsticks. Both very hot and delicious. Our waiter was great, super personable but also gave us our space to dine and havefamily time. So I've read a lot of negative reviews of this place and I do not agree. We order on the app at least once a week or every other... week and have never had an issue. I actually looked forward to going because I would take our 5 yr old social butterfly son withme to pick up and there was a woman that worked there that ADORED him. The one time I did not bring him, she asked me why he didnot come. Unfortunately she has left because it is my understanding that they do have staffing issues. 1 person working in the whole place. There was 1 other couple & us in there. Somehow the 1 lady got stuff done along with... handling carry out, ringing up checks, etc. I give her credit but won't go back. Floor needed sweeping & quite a few tables notcleared. Gross inside. Carpet was so dirty. The gray carpet was black and your feet stuck to it as you walked. And the whole place... smelled like nasty carpet. Tables were dirty and sticky. The hour or so we were there no one cleaned off any of the tables withany kind of cleaner after customers left. Trash can was overflowing with trash. Trash can was a normal 13 gallon household trashcan.. Pizza oven looked like it has never been cleaned.. Pizza was ok.. I ordered pan pizza received hand toss.. Pizza shows up wrong, no cheese, no sauce looking like it was made yesterday and reheated... pasta looks dried out and gross.... Breadsticks are hard as a rock. Disgusting. This is not a one time thing either. Pizzas show up with wrong toppings, or not whatyou ordered, or just nasty like this one. If my kids want stuffed crust pizza, I drive to Littlestown PA Pizza Hut. So I ordered pizza and wings plenty of times never got charged for ranch dressing how all of a sudden you charge for dressing... for wings smh, why sell wings if you won?t at least give one sauce smh never was a problem before Read more
