Every time I go to this location I have a problem. Yes I get you get busy. No I have no problem filling my drink. However when I... go to the counter to tell you that you have absolutely no Splenda and you say OK then don't bother to bring me any...... that'sa problem. I went in to get my wife's food and drink because she had surgery and was sitting in the car. She cannot have sugar.And there was nothing at the drink area to get for her. This is ridiculous. So, Zaxby's has delicious chicken, but kids this is a lesson in small things you can do to keep customers. I try to stay away... from sugar, for sure in my drinks. Most fast food places when you order water give you a side eye look and the smallest cup ofwater that can be legally manufactured. This Zaxby's for the last few months every time I order my 5 fingers and a water hasbeen giving me the giant size water. No charge, they don't even ask. We are in Florida, so it's hot and they probably figure ahuman needs it. So it must be trained from the top. I'm sure this is costing them $.08 for the cup and the water cups areprobably cost of $.04, but because of that I have been having lunch there twice a week. I did a great review before for them, however they will try u there. I always ask for extra extra sauce. It's the main reason I... go there. There is one lady who trys me everytime. She will hand u your bag and say there is extra extra sauce. Then u get backto work and there is little to no sauce. This has happen 3 times and I have not been going there for long. As i sit outside this Zaxbys in pure bliss of what i have just consumed. I am writing this review. Moments like these is what... makes the world go round. Ordered a 8 peice boneless chicken?.Large.I expected an 8 piece chicken, what i have just devoured wascrafted by the hands of God. I have very rarely ever been touched by the holy spirit. Went there last night 10/17 for dinner. When I got to window one girl was yelling at what I think was the manager. No one even... looked my direction. Then a cook comes out to the soda machine...stands there. Finally someone gets my money. And there I sitfor about 3 mins. I can see they are packaging my food..opening and closing boxes that appear in window. I hear these aresupposed to be meals. It was crazy...not sure what was going on but it appeared only one person was working. I get home andthose had to be the worst meals ever. Fries not cooked, no sauce on sandwiches and everything just thrown in the box...wowcrazy. Not sure I'd go back after all that chaos...it's not that difficult of a job by people Read more
