Over time, this store has gradually gotten worse. It appears to have no leadership in store to properly coach and train the... staff. This has affected customer service and food quality in a negative way. Unfortunately, I see no easy fix for this store. Isuggest the franchise owner seriously consider cutting store hours to properly hire and train a competent staff. If the qualityof food and service does not improve, this location will eventually close. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience. The whole lobby was full of customers, and the work staff was extremely rude and cursing about... having to do there job pretty much. They messed the ladies order up in-front of me and she asked for a refund but the employeetold her they couldn't fix or give refund and was extremely rude about having to deal with there own mistakes. Would honestlylook for complete new staff at this location. Everyone there was so unprofessional and thugs. My family loves Wing Stop but thispretty much burnt me with this experience?. Read more
So normally I would never post a review without getting my food BUT.. I ordered the food online 15 minutes before arriving and I... have been waiting 30 minutes for wings. There are plenty of upset people inside complaining about the wait. People are openingthe door, looking inside and leaving because they don?t want to deal with this mess. Hire more people! This is my 2nd time ordering from this location. First time I was missing something. Thank goodness I checked my bag. I went... back in and they gave it to me... no biggie. Fast forward to my 2nd time. Right now. Placed an order at 10:09pm. It says 16-21min. Got to the store at 10:20.. they say about 5 or 10 more minutes. Fine. So I wait. Order is not done until 10:40 at thispoint. Ok fine. So I check my bag before I leave again... my 10 piece corn is missing. I go back inside and they say "oh wedon't have corn" did you want anything else. I already had wings, tenders and fries. So I didn't want anything else but arefund. She then they tell me because I placed my order online only the district manager can refund me. And it may be a fewdays. It's not a huge deal, but this is an inconvenience. You guys sure know how to charge people for something, but when youhave to refund because YOU cannot complete the order... I have to wait for a district manager. ??????? make it make sense. Read more
I had went to this wing stop previously and I found it to be great. Service was quick and friendly. Everyone seem to be working... well. As I went back in on 11/04, I was so disappointed. There was at least 7 employees standing around. They just looked at meand was wondering who would take take my order. A guess it was a new person trying to take my order was lost. Someone came overto help him. As I watched the kitchen area, everyone was leaning on the equipment and not being productive. But what reallygrossed me out was a tall guy with dreads and a gross beard. With no hair net or bread guard on. Leaning over the food work areaeating and dipping his food in something.
