Very unorganized. They were busy but there was no teamwork seem like everybody was in everybody's way and in order to get to... anything everybody had to move away from what they were doing. Customers were not happy it was taking a very long time. My orderwas supposed to be ready at 8:18 , three inquiries and 37 minutes later my order had been sitting there for over 20 minutes andit was cold. Even though I was told each time they were still working on it ! They were out of french fries and didn't evenbother to let you know my wings were pretty good even though they were cold and they could have had a little more of theLouisiana rub spice on them. I ordered the bayou BBQ boneless and they were soggy and nasty flavor. The honey hot bone in were ok but needed more honey... sauce. I won't come back here unless I'm getting a brownie because their brownies are very delicious. Read more

I had stopped coming to this location for a while because the service was so bad. Today I decided to give them one last shot, I... was actually pleased with how everything went I did an online order and I only waited less then 10 mins for it. Everything wasfresh and my order was correct!! The customer service was great for once no one had an attitude or was rude. Hopefully they keepthis up and really turn this place around as they are in a great location to really make a lot of money. UPDATE: Absouloutley Improved greatly, turned a 1 star review into 4 star. Eat here once a week. Every week they make a mistake... in the order literally every order every week. Order lemon pepper I get parmasian. Order blue cheese I get ranch. Order fries Iget veggies. Order veggies I get fries. Pay for fry seasoning get plain fries. Good food but terrible service. Read more
