while i've never had a problem with the food quality. i will say the service here is absolutely awful. i have been on hold with... this establishment since 3:35 and no one has got on the line to assist me. i have called and called and i keep getting placed onhold. once for 12 minutes and now I'm on hold going on 7 minutes. I'm working so I'm trying to order ahead of my break. this isnot the first time I've had this issue. sometimes they don't even follow their own business hours they will refuse orders onlineover the phone and tell you to come in and order or they will turn you away in person and ask you to order online. Waited ten minutes for ranch to be packaged by a very rude person sitting on her personal phone, watched her for 8 minutes... package JUST 3 ranches into my bag. Store is packed and everyone is upset and the person working is moving like a snail, and hasan attitude on top of it all while on the phone. Paid nearly $40 for a terrible experience. Walked in to pick up an order, stood at the counter while four employees giggled and messed around in the kitchen. Finally, the... female employee comes to the counter and just stared at me blankly. I ask for my pick up order and she shouts at me with themost attitude ?WE DON?T HAVE THAT? and walks back into the kitchen, completely turning her back on me and going back to whateverthey were doing. The customer service is so bad that it?s almost laughable, clearly they have zero training. Wingstop should becompletely embarrassed by this location. Pathetic. Read more
