I came to this Wendy?s at 8:30 PM. I wanted to get to 10 piece chicken nuggets and the person taking my order said it would be... cheaper if I did a 20 piece nugget so I said OK does it come in two boxes? She said yes I gave her the sauces I wanted and thenshe proceeded to tell me never mind I?m going to ring up two 10 piece nuggets just how you want it ? after I told her it wasfine if we just order the 20 piece. I don?t know but I assume the problem is at the very top of the organization. Wendy?s is an uninspired headless company that is... headed nowhere. They can?t seem to get good responsible help or good management in any store. The food quality is mediocre topoor and I would assume the order errors have to be astronomical. I absolutely love the crew which is why I give 3 stars, but the night crew closes whenever they want. Tried to order drive... through at midnight as my boyfriend and I worked late and it stated online they closed at 2am. But they I guess closed early,all the workers were inside on there phones. I saw one guy sweeping when we drove past the window after waiting at the menu fora minute without anyone saying anything. $1.00 biscuit NOT WORTH IT. I do not want my biscuits be in touched with hands that have no gloves on them.
