Astonishingly terrible service and management. I mean it?s truly incredible. An employee, not once, but twice quite literally... yelled at us through the system. Once after making a simple request to order an orange juice after breakfast if it was possibleto do, and then again when requested to adjust an item on the biggie bag deal to add cheese. This Wendy?s in particular is ran by some of the worst kids imaginable. If a group of delinquent high school dropouts... congregated to work in a minimum wage establishment, this is it. They mess up orders, miss an item or you don?t even get yourorder. Customer service is non-existent and their lobby isn?t open. So your only choice if they mess up your order is to go tothe drive-thru window for them to correct it (You mind as well buy a couple lottery tickets while you?re at it) or get a refundthrough the actual Wendy?s support number. The manager is most likely in on the action, they go here to hangout and get paidminimum doing so. Saw some hanging behind the store, hitting dab pens. What a joke LOL Read more

I never put in bad reviews, but by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Too many details to explain. In short ...the food,... the service... everything was absolutely ridiculous. And you need to change the fry oil ... Please! Read more

This used to be a great Wendy's.- hot fresh food, no problems.....well, that's not the case anymore. Over the past year or so,... I've seen a HUGE decline. In the food, in the waits and in the customer service specifically. I used to come here at least oncea week, but over and over there have been problems. Long waits, "we are only accepting orders through the app". "We are onlyaccepting orders in the lobby" old burgers that are super dried out etc. It seems everytime I go there now, there is alwayssome issue. I'm getting really tired of giving this place chances. Shame on me I guess. Read more

Horrible management.. took order back twice specifically specified for toppings on side and No cheese my brother is Allergic.... Took back gave me cheese both times on burger .. Took them 3rd time to finally fix and give me correct burger with no cheese.Ohh and no straws , wasn't informed until I asked why no straws in bag. Also had waited 12 mins in line prior to ordering.Inside was yelling and cursing between employees. Read more

I live down The street from this Wendy?s and they are never on point . They avoid customers early in morning so they don?t gotta... take orders. They close their walk-in doors when drive thru gets too long. And they don?t make your food fully cook. Waited for30mins to get order taken when they opened at 6:30 and I got there at 6:45am almost 7 . When I went to window lady had adittudeand said we don?t open til 6:30am and I told its pass that time and you seen me sitting here and said nothing . You seen metrying to get your attention when I pulled at the window and I had to honk in order for her to gtf off the phone and her openwindow just for her to get adittude and slam window . When I said I?m writing a review and report this location she said shedidn?t care prior to slamming the window . Read more

this was the worst experience i have ever had at any fast food establishment. ever. i waited at the front of the line unattended... for 15 minutes, and even when we finally got someone to take our order, we spent 20 minutes trying to order a #3 meal and acheeseburger. the lady working at the register mumbled the whole time, to the point where she was pretty much inaudible. once isat in the parking lot, i checked the food and the order was wrong. there were also just unattended kids just walking around inthe back. im not coming back to this location in quite a while. update: i went back in to fix the order and a cockroach climbedup the wall. dont come here expecting good service.
