Food was just ok. When I asked what flavor poweraide they served, the girl taking my order snapped "All of them." I knew better... yet ordered the blue one and told her I had 2 Keychain frosties. When I pulled up to pay, she made me turn my car off to showher my Keychain. 1st time in a year I've had to do that. She was so rude about it. Still said nothing about my blue poweraide.Pulled through to the pickup window. The next employee asked me what flavor poweraide I ordered. I told her blue. She said"Ma'am, we don't serve blue poweraide." I replied, "I asked at the drive through what flavors you had and was rudely informedyou had all of them. You might want to let the girl taking orders know that." Then I proceeded to order whatever they offered.Some people today think they are so entitled to treat others any way they feel like it without answering for their action. Read more
Food is just okay, the quality of it varies greatly too. Also feels a little too expensive for the quality. Would NOT recommend... eating in as the dining area is often dirty, there's no music laying so all you hear is the buzz of the air conditioning andbustle in the kitchen, and the inside has an all around unpleasant vibe. I placed an order through the app that was communicated to the store incorrectly. They received wrong directions on what i... wanted on my sandwiches. The manager on duty rectified this in a great way, showing me what they received vs what i had ordered.She then made the sandwiches how i wanted them. She did the company proud and i wanted to make sure that she was recognized asdoing so. Read more
This Wendy's used to be good. We stopped by today, 9/19/2022, at about 5:30pm and bought dinner for 4 of us. All the food was... cold and nasty. They didn't have their lobby open and no signs were posted on the door saying why. They didn't have e anygrilled chicken or frosty's. I ordered abaked potato and asked for only butter to go with it. I got it home, no butter, onlysour cream. I cut open the potato and it was rotten inside. I tried to fill out the customer complaint form online and nothinghappened when I hit send. I included a photo of the potato they gave me. It's so disappointing having to waste money like this.Especially during an inflation. Everything is increasing in price and it seems like the quality is getting worse. Read more
The food was cold and no one seemed to have any interest in working. No ice in the soda machine, napkins on the floors etc. The... manager was obviously not being a manager. I will never visit ANY Wendy's again. It just confirmed why I quit going there in thefirst place. Wendy's is very expensive and you expect your food to be fresh n hot just like they advertise. Ha. I could go on non. Again, I'll never return to that Wendy's or any other one for that matter. Read more
One of the best pizza places in the area hands down. But if you want it in the wood fire oven you have to get the 12 inch only... one that'll fit. The staff is always friendly and the ???? is amazing! Read more
RAW HAMBURGER. Had already gotten home by the time we realized the food was inedible and wasn?t driving all the way back there,... instead called the number on the receipt (numerous times now) but no answer. Left detailed feedback at ?Talk to Wendy?s.com,?yet never heard from them despite my request that they follow up with me. Simply put, the entire meal was poor and the RAWhamburger inedible. I feel I should have received a refund for the burger if nothing else and at a bare minimum, a return phonecall. Unacceptable on every level ?food to lack of customer service. Read more
Bad area, shady people took my food to go. They missed some of my bf meal, no nuggets in the biggie meal. People off the street... helping themselves in the kitchen, no boss, some workers wearing street clothes, it was like this few times before I try toavoid the place, even drive thru although I like Wendy's stuff Read more
