Store has gone down hill. Was one of the best places in the area. Not sure why it changed but the staff is mostly rude, they are... always out of something yet the system lets you order it. They don?t allow you to substitute when they allowed you to ordersomething they don?t have (so it?s their fault) and then y have to call for a refund. It?s worse than McDonald?s anymore. Read more

I would leave negative stars if I could. We waited 30 minutes for our food, wondering where it was when we were the only people... in the store since everyone else already got their food. Maria waited 30 minutes to tell us (after asking where it was) thatthey were out of something we ordered. Ridiculous and now our food is cold. Thanks Maria. Read more
Once again, I find myself trying to understand why we pay a person $15 an hour for poor customer service and quality products. I... ordered smoothies from this location and requested curbside because of something I could not leave alone in the car. My orderwas supposed to be ready at 3:20 p.m. By 3:25 p.m., I had not seen anyone exit the store. Keep in mind, I ordered at 3:14 p.m.When I went into the store, I saw my four smoothies sitting on the counter behind the wall. I asked the closest worker at thegrill if I could just go ahead and get my smoothies because they were just sitting there. She immediately said "oh, did youorder those curbside? I'm sorry, I couldn't leave because I was sweeping." She then proceeded to tell another girl to get mysmoothies, at which time, I told her that they were just sitting on the counter and I would grab them. My smoothies had whippedcream and were already melting because they were sitting out. No apology, no thank you, no offer to remake them other than shecouldn't bring them out because she was sweeping.
