Poor customer service when the long blonde haired assistant manager is on duty. Went to the villa to get some food. When I... walked up there was already a customer there that needed help. The assistant manager on duty walked away from the front with nowords said walked out the back of the store and went outside and we had to wait for the associate to come back from the restroomto be served. Kevin and austin on the other hand are amazing workers they always have smiles and treat everyone with respect.But when you have one bad apple it spoils the bunch. Read more
