I love tropical smoothie so obv min 3 stars but only three bc I go through the drive thru a lot during the week i live next to... it. Theres two employees who constantly will take my card then tip themselves. I always tip 20% so its annoying that they arejusr deciding it for themselves?still was gonna tip them. This is the only location that never answers their phone. I?ve stood in front of them inside the location and called to see if I... hear the phone, and I?ve watched every employee ignore the phone no matter how long it rang. I ordered the hummus veggie wrap, which I've ordered at various other locations but today was the day that they made the fatal... error of adding chicken to a vegetarian dish, which I am. I didn't realize it until I got home and bit into it and couldimmediately tell by the taste of it. I was upset and went back and explained how there is chicken in my wrap. No apologies, noempathy. Just a "we'll make it again" and the remake didn't have any rice or hummus in the wrap. Just a ton of lettuce, onetomato and a few beans, that's it. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service here. If you're vegetarian bestto double check your food. Or just stay away from this location. Read more
This must be an older location as it was starting to look a little worn. Ordered food on website and still had to wait for it... even though I was on time for my pickup. Girls taking orders and preparing smoothies were very nice but seemed a bit frazzled.I believe it was the owner/manager taking care of the hot food orders and was was slow. I ordered the hummus veggie wrap and it was all lettuce with a few beans and very little rice. No hummus!! It was not good.... Ordered jalapeño chips and they charged me for jalapeño corn. None of them spoke good English so I spent 5 minutes trying toexplain I wanted chips, not corn and all 3 of them couldn?t get that. So I never got my chips?the whole experience and food werevery disappointing. Will not be returning to that location. Read more
Supposed to close at 9 pm. I was there at 8:50pm and I was told that they where getting ready to close , could not make me a... smoothie.. I u derstand it was late and at the end of their day.. but I was rushing to get there before they closed..and I wasthere not 1 or 2 minutes before closing. I had somewhat boycotted Tropical Smoothie due to another location (not this one) having terrible service. I was so pleasantly... surprised with this location. The food was good, and the gentleman (manager?) who helped us was very kind and engaged with myyoung daughter. We will be back. Read more
