Wife and daughter had just left the doctor and my daughter wanted a smoothie for her sore throat. They went through the drive... thru and we?re not greeted at all. My wife said hello how are you doing and no response. After they received there order my wifesaid thank you and no response still. If this is the kind of people employed there they need to learn how to respond. It?s asimple thing to do and doesn?t require much thinking or in this case maybe it does. This individual needs coaching on how to usetheir vocal cords and respond promptly. Read more

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, however, this location is a mess. I have gone to pick up mobile orders and, upon arrival, the... staff hasn't even started making the order. When I get to the drive thru window, they continuously offer me the car behind me'sorder and still haven't started making my order. I end up spending 25+ minutes at the window waiting for my order (multipletimes this has happened). Today, after waiting almost 45 minutes, my wrap was cold. OVER IT. Skip this location. Wait time is usually very long. But this time it was the food quality. I opened my bag of chips, poured them on my plate and it... came out as one big moist lump with fungus all over. I threw up just looking at it. I called and told them to throw their chipsout, and was offered a refund. I didn?t take it, but I feel like you shouldn?t ask or offer.. you should just DO IT in thiscase. Not to mention, the chips touched my sandwich when I poured it out, so the meal was ruined. ???? In November of last year I made a purchase through the app. When I arrived at the location the doors were locked. The employee... inside looked at me...When I went through the drive thru the employee after about 5 minutes came over the speaker to tell methey changed their operating hours and were still closed, so he couldn't make my order. This was not updated on the doors to thebusiness and the app let me make my purchase. He informed me he would tell his manager and I would be refunded. When I hadn'treceived my refund that week I went to the store. The employee told me that this has happened to a number of people when theychanged their hours and didn't update it in their app. I asked for a refund and he said he would have to send it to his manager.I sent him the information and still hadn't received anything. Since then myself and my boyfriend have contacted this store,cooperate, and a number of "higher ups" approximately a dozen times and have been denied a refund. This store essentially stole$16.42 from me and refuses to give it back. Read more

We never received our order and have tried to get our money back 8 different times with no success. Update to Tropical Smoothie... response; We've contacted the store 8 times and the Tropical Smoothie corporate office 2 times physically and over the phonefor a refund and were never given one. This was all due to a change in operating hours and not updating it in the app. A refundwould make it right. There will be no next trip. Read more

Something is up with this location! Unprofessional staff and horrible quality of service and food lately. Today the staff burned... my Quesadilla to a crisp, like completely black and charred, visibally laughed about it and served it to me anyway. What I foundworse was that they were completely out of strawberries and weren't telling anyone until AFTER they ordered and served ussmoothies with missing or swapped ingredients. They swapped the strawberries in my Bahama mama smoothie with some other berryand didn't tell me. I find that a big concern if someone had allergies or intolerance! The blimey limey smoothie withoutstawberries is also pretty gross... We won't be going back to this location anytime soon and will gladly drive down the road.... Read more

I?ve been here many times as I live local. 80% of the time I order from here the wait is terrible. I?ve literally waited in the... drive thru before for 45 minutes. Today was the final straw. It took 10-15 minutes for them to take my order inside (no one elseinside and only one car at the drive thru). After my order is taken my smoothie comes out first. Then after waiting 20 minutes Isee the group of 4 people who ordered after me get their food and smoothies. They completely forgot about my food that I orderedand didn?t start to make it until I said something. Instead of owning up to their mistake they tried to lie and say that it?sbeing made right now when they literally just started it once I said something. Additionally, when I tried to eat my saladinside, no utensils were in my bag. I asked for some and they said that they had no utensils. Read more
