I wish I could give 5 stars. It was my first time being there and I had a lot of questions of how to order and stuff. I put my... order in and took two steps away turned around and asked for a receipt and the dude waiting in line goes off on me for noreason. Saying join the line again when nobody was behind him. He was so mad at me cuz I took so long trying to order food I'venever been there and I came from far to try this place from Sarasota. Food 5 stars but the experience i felt shamed so 0 stars.I'll be back again just know I'll just be calling ahead of time so I don't have to deal with a holes like that. Read more

I called to place my order as soon as they opened. I got there to pick up my order and instead of the three bake and sharks I... ordered they only had 2. I asked her if it's normal to not meet people's order and if it doesn't matter if you called. She hadan attitude and said there were people who ordered ahead of me and paid. Why are you taking orders if you can't fulfill them? This was my 2nd time there and most likely my last. The food is ok but I think as Caribbean people we should do better about theservice we provide. Read more
