Ordered a veggie burger. It took forever to arrive and when it finally did, it was meat. Called the restaurant and they asked... for a picture which I sent. Initially they agreed with me but later doubled down. I know what meat looks like. Insulting. This?veggie burger? was greasy and veggie burgers are not greasy by their nature. Edit: you claim you see carrot in the burger butI assure there is none. You also claim that cheese is greasy and attribute that to the appearance and texture. Do you think Idon?t know meat when I see it? Instead of owning up to the mistake you continue to insist it?s a veggie burger. Please do notinsult the intelligence of your customers. Well, I was super excited to try these burgers, but I'm so disappointed. to start the fries with topping, the sausage was super... cold. I don't like corn all cold, the mozzarella didn't melt, I must admit that we didn't like it. We were a group of 6. Noneof the group. The meat for us lacked more flavor. little sauce. Everything felt super dry. they have a lot of creativity andthat is very good since they are out of the ordinary. I want to give them the opportunity again, of course. Read more
Responding to the owner: I understand the Florida weather and the difference in between a restaurant and a food truck. What is... the purpose of having several portable heater if you are out of gas and can't used when you need it the most? Overall, these are some amazing burgers. The Colombian burger was so complex and tasty and cooked perfectly. It was my bf's... favorite burger in his life, and I'd say it would be in my top 5 for sure. I ordered the Bella Ciao. The word that comes to mindis "fresh". The pesto and soft cheese give it a very light flavor even though you're eating a huge burger. The two employeessaid it was their favorite. For me, I prefer richer flavors so I wasn't awe-struck. The fries as a side are only $1.50 and tastereally great. You can ask for dipping sauces and they'll include them; all three flavors were good. Burger Culture is literallydown the street and for me they're a tie as for burgers. The main difference is that Burger Culture can take an hour to get yourfood while it only took 4 minutes for TNT to make our food! Great service. We are absolutely coming back. Read more
