I have been to this location for curbside delivery multiple times, and every time, they do not actually bring the food out to... you. They don?t even let you know that you have to come in and get it so you wait and your food gets cold and soggy. Food ishit or miss - the chimichanga was good but the nachos were soggy and looked like a mess, I couldn?t even really see the chips.Not too impressed with this location and will not do curbside again since apparently they do not do that even though they giveyou the option when your order online. Great atmosphere & the artwork is amazing! The food is a little bland but their hot sause bar more then makes up for the lack of... flavor. Chips are a little more salty then I prefer, but they fresh and crispy. 4 stars only because they do not have a meatsubstitute or tofu option. Also would love to see a ghost pepper sause added to their hot sause bar. I was surprised when tryingall their hot sauses that all but 2 are jalapeño. The "Mofo 'En Insane" is my favorite and would recommend if you are lookingfor their hottest sause. This sause does have Carolina reapers but from what I can tell it's a small amount. Read more

This used to be my go to for lunch 2-4 times a month for a few years. but after today, I won't be going back. It's kind of gone... downhill the last few years and I hadn't been there in a while so I'd thought I'd give them another chance. Bad decision. Theatom bombs cream cheese or cheese, not sure which, but one of them had a very sour taste, like rotten tasting. I took a bite ofa few different ones to see if it was me, with and without the sauce, and it still tasted sour..... I threw the rest out. Hopingnot to get food poisoning. The guacamole has never been amazing, but it lacked any flavor and the tomatoes looked like they hadbeen a round for some time. Maybe just bad avocados... idk... but it was plain and not very fresh tasting. I ate some chips.Paid $14 for lunch and could only eat the chips. That's my experience today. I've had other experiences that I didn't write areview about with TF, so this time the first unpleasant experience. Chicken tacos and black beans are really good. Rice is okay. I love the queso, salsa & Guac

I come in here quite often and I have noticed over the last couple of months things have gone downhill at this location. There... has been multiple times I have called ahead to get an order for takeout due to having a short lunch break or just trying to gethome quickly. I will stay on hold for more than 10 to 15 minutes and will walk into the restaurant with the phone ringing tomaybe one or two customers in the store. The employees are in the back joking and just hanging out while the phone is ringing.Happened multiple times and I understand things happen and people get busy. But when I sit on hold for 20 minutes and walk intoa very slow restaurant, with my phone on speaker showing them I?ve been sitting on hold it?s very frustrating. I am not want toleave reviews but I spend a good amount of money at this restaurant and if there is a owner or manager that sees it I justwanted to bring it to your attention. The cherry on top was the food/burritos were very sloppily made the last few times I havebeen in there and I wanted to wash my hands and obviously employees use this restroom and there it was no soap in the bathroomas you can see in the picture so I don?t understand how they?re washing hands but seriously guys come on . I absolutely loved this place. First time here. Ordered inside at the counter, very pleasant staff. Got an outside table by the... water under an umbrella. When she brought my chicken burrito I didn't think it was mine, it was humongous! Everything tastedfresh and yummy. Chips were fresh.
