I wasn?t sure what to expect coming here as a friend decided on the meet up spot. EVERYTHING I tasted was absolutely delicious.... I had a boozy burger that was perfectly cooked to medium, super juicy and tasty. The side of smoked cheddar Mac and cheese wasamazing. A butcher shop with quality in house made food and a full coffee/espresso setup? This please is awesome! The owner is wonderful... to chat with and makes you feel at home. I?m so picky about burgers and loved this one. First of all, I want my burger to taste like delicious beef, and this didn?t... disappoint. I requested cheese on the side (for my salad) and they were happy to do that. The two 4oz patty?s are a little oddto me.. I?m not sure why they don?t just do one 8oz, but it?s all good.
