Great customer service. They have a really great cohesive team that strives to please the customer. They seem to really get... along and enjoy each other. Management was encouraging to the staff members, acknowledging their hard work. I was in during thelunch rush and was pleasantly surprised by the positive atmosphere. Read more
Clerk seemed very annoyed that I had to use the bathroom before placing my order. I guess bc she had to unlock the door for me... but that?s not my fault why he annoyed by the customer about it. I ordered a salad last week and the meat was accidentally left off. I called and they said if I came back in they would remake... it for free. Sure enough a week later I came back they remembered me and were very apologetic about it. People make mistakes sothat?s understandable I appreciate the effort in making me a new salad a week later and the person was very nice about it. Thankyou! Read more
It was clean. The staff was pleasant. So I give it 2 stars. Ordered a footlong on white Turkey and ham. She arranged and re... arranged the meat on the bread so many times (4 to 5) I am thinking possible that she is new. Asked for sandwich to be cut in 3pieces, only the top piece of the bread was cut, got 2 waters from the Cooler, both were Frozen solid, undrinkable at all. When I got home and we were gonna eat the sandwich, the bread was breaking apart in my hands and crumbling into a mess. Tookit apart to try and use bread I had at the house. The meat felt rather odd ( greasy or slippery) it tasted like it was not thefreshest. Threw the sandwich away. I went to this Subway on 2/3/2021. I took my 3 grandkids. we ordered 1 foot long meatball sandwich, 1 6? meatball sandwich and 1... 6? spicy Italian sub. The foot long meatball subway was cut in half for my 2 grand daughters. My oldest take a bite from hersandwich -she pulled a long black hair from her mouth. My other grand daughter almost throw up when she saw this. I told mygrand daughter to go tell the lady. To go get another sandwich. The lady said you can?t get another sandwich because you took abite out of this one. I checked the sandwich, their was no hair in it when I made it. I told her to just throw it away. I hadnot eaten my sandwich and just told her to eat mine. I will not be returning back there again. Read more
