Worker didn?t know where the key to the bathroom was and it was 1pm when we ate. Then, someone came in to order food and she... didn?t like the way the worker made her sandwich. So, the woman left. The worker proceeded to put all the ingredients of thesandwich back so that they could be reused to make another sandwich for some else. Even the bread! Umm...I hope the next personthat gets those ingredients doesn?t have a food allergy. Read more
As a company that advertises as healthy and fresh you would assume they would be knowledgeable about their products or at least... have access to. I went in and asked for assistance with an allergen, the two employees were dumbfounded, rudely told me therewas nothing they could tell me about any of their ingredients and then when I asked if there was an allergen menu I could lookat they said they had noinformation. Doesn?t close until 8...this pic was taken at 7:30 this evening. Door locked, 3 people have tried to go in.
It was my first time at this location ...as I was passing through the area. It became crazy busy with the longest winding line... I've ever seen at any subway...but the staff was amazing. They were fast, friendly and efficient. It was really impressive. Even those waiting in line were friendly...because I think they knew they would not be waiting long. Read more
I order quit often from this location and I tried again today with the app that I use every other time and it kept saying error.... I called the store 3 times no one answered. I drove to location since it's only 1 mile from my office and told the lady aboutproblems and showed her my app and what it was doing. She was VERY rude and said well it's your phone. I said no ma'am because Ieven tried to do it on my desktop from work and asked since she can clearly see a problem, would she honor deal? She VERYquickly said NO. So they lost my business.
