My wife and I ordered pickup through doordash. When I arrived to pick it up I was informed that someone had picked it up off the... online order shelf across the lobby and walked out with it. So I asked them to make it again which was not a problem but I wouldhave to pay again. Nope. This location sucks. We've ordered from this location several times through doordash and the ordershave NEVER even been started by the time I arrive and the order was supposed to have been completed. This is by far the slowestfast food ever. Not wasting my time here again. Also, whoever took my order. Your welcome for the free lunch and I hope you get2 days of explosive diarrhea. Read more
Jose, the only one working, was the nicest guy. I realized after he made my sandwich that I had left my card at home. I was... struggling to set up apple pay while he was helping others make their sandwiches. After a few failed attempts setting it up Itold him I'd have to come back to pay for it and that I will pick up the sub then. He very compassionately and nonchalantlyoffered to pay for my meal and wouldn't take no for an answer. I find it hard in any situation to take something that I did notearn but Jose simply said "There has been plenty of times where someone has helped me when I needed it." I left the store andafter a few minutes I came back to repay him. Great experience and what a nice way to find a great person. Read more
Absolutely no. I placed an order at 11:30 for a 1pm pick up, not only was my order not ready i had to wait 15 mins for it. The... soda machine is always messed up, and if i wasnt there watching the food be made it would have been incorrect due to sheerincompetence. Just save your money and go somewhere else. Terrible service, the lady told me it?d take 30 minutes to make tuna, probably to get me to leave like another person mentioned.... I went to leave but decided to stay & wait hoping my order would become a priority to her. It wasn?t. She didn?t even let meknow when the tuna was made. I waited there for over 30 minutes. I don?t think Management is existent here. If so, they reallyneed to take a look at their team. Your employees are essentially stealing from you by clocking in hours & turning awaycustomers.. Horrible experience at this location yesterday 11/29/21. No employees in the building except for one and she was so frustrated... at being there alone she wasn't doing a great job either. People who walked in were told it was going to be 20 to 30 minutes toget food. Seemed like she was hoping they would just leave. I ordered online and the order took about an hour.l, was there forabout 20 minutes after ordering online about 30 minutes prior. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I repeatedly have issues with them closing early. Usually it?s a half hour to... 45 minutes early. But here we are saturday 7pm, they are closing early when they close at 9pm per the hours online and on thedoor. Employee states it?s the manager deciding this. They had 4 customers at the door trying to order food. One of thecustomers had ordered online and they decided not to make it and close early. How is this place still open and not shut down? Weare long time customers and we will no longer be coming to this location, as it?s extremely inconvenient and inconsistent withtheir hours of operation. Read more
I dont usually like leaving bad reviews but here I go. I went to get some dinner last night. When I got to the restaurant the... door was lock. Google maps and the time frame on the door both said it closes at 9pm. So when I got there at 8:06pm and thedoors locked I was a bit confused. I seen an employee who was at the sandwhich bar. She shot me a disgusting dirty look and wastold it was closed. I'm a huge fan of subway but this location gave me a horrible taste. Read more
Made on line order at 9:30am for 12:30pm pick up. Sandwiches were not done. Employees made us wait for everyone in line 6 people... to get their items before making our 2 sandwiches. Staff was rude and said they got order but someone called out sick. Neverutilizing this Subway again and will take all my business to Firehouse Subs. Read more
