Customer service is god awful. "Regulars" are taken first, before customers that were already waiting in line. The online orders... are never ready on time (usually have to tell them the name on the order) and it is then started after the supposed "completion"time. I would recommend looking for the next closest subway to eat eat if you have the time. It feels like as a customer, you'rea burden for ordering, rather than being a paying customer at this location.
