I used to be a line supervisor at Subway, and I can tell you this a subway I can frequent pretty comfortably. Clean, efficient,... soft bread and cookies, good portioning, proper glove use, competent staff. Well-run and a great example of what a Subway shouldbe! God awful!! There are too many over priced food stations at USF as is to waste your time going to this subway. The staff is... beyond rude. The two men and one woman working rolled their eyes at everything I said. The wrap was $8 and completely unfoldedbefore I even opened the wrapper. It was everywhere. Not worth it. Read more
If you watch closely you can repeatedly see the workers violate basic health code regulations. I eventually found out one of the... people I saw doing this was none other than the Supervisor. She was a mean old woman who was rude to customers and never changedher gloves. Only eat here if you're ready to take some risks for a sub. Read more
I have been to this location multiple times and have had a less than great experience each time! I understand that this store is... often crowded and that many employees are students but this location could use some serious TLC. Service is always slow, not dueto the large line of students but the fact that the employees are slow. They are slow, rude and careless. Every time. Read more

Idk the name of the person but it says Arnold karen on the receipt. English isn't my first language and its hard for me to... understand sometimes when people have strong accents. I didn't understand that the option for double meat wasn't available sotowards the checkout when I asked if it was doubled meat (just me confirming) the guy raised his voice at me and didnt give meany napkins or utensiles, only the bag with the protein bowl and it was so uncomfortable. I am never going back to this subwayagain. And i never write reviews but this is ridiculous and I wasn't going to argue with a guy that was already showingaggressive behavior. :/ Read more
