I walked in, just in time, to see a customer acting like a child, throwing a tantrum. It was the most ridiculous thing I've... seen in public. (This was a middle aged woman, acting all ghetto and making threats.) All because the plastic bag for thesandwiches were switched and one said Tuna on it but the bags were backwards. ( There was no tuna ever in the bag [just the wordwritten on it] and she knew it cause she watched her do it) . When the employee went to put it in a new bag, the woman lost hermind. Somehow the employee kept her composure the entire time. Guess what I left with ... my turkey sub in a bag marked TUNA.Cause I'm not a 2 year old and why waste the bag? Thought about framing the Tuna bag and taking it back to the poor woman whoworks there. Lol. If she didn't just quit. I couldn't have done it. My service was great though. The ability to control heremotions and act like an adult in a tough situation was unparalleled. Read more
Dirty! The woman that works there is so annoyed when ordering your sandwich. I look at it like this if you don't want to work... there then get a different job but since you do work there show some enthusiasm as well as respect for your customers. Read more
