Really great place. Service was awesome, food was good, loved the ambiance. After you're done eating you can go take a walk on... the boardwalk they have or get more drinks at the bars outside. But Steelbach itself was a great experience....please doyourself a favor and try the biscuits and gravy. It was soooo good. Try a couple of their cocktails as well and you won't regretit. I recommend to everyone, you will not regret it. We came for Brunch and it was definitely worth it. Only thing I would sayis that their "spices" chicken sandwich wasn't spicy at all. I give them 5 stars for everything; taste of food, portions and service. It did get a little loud towards the end being that the... restaurant is located inside Armature works. But we enjoyed our friend?s birthday dinner. Went for a date night during Labor Day weekend, we intentionally chose an earlier reservation time. Glad we did as we ended up... with amazing service from Chris (we dig his mustache by the way). Started at the bar right before our reservation time with somecocktails, both were great! Once at our table we immediately ordered the corn bread (chef?s kiss), so good. We followed byordering a bottle of red wine, which was expertly poured by Chris. My boyfriend got the swordfish which he loved, I got the bleuCaesar; for sides we shared the crispy potatoes and the Mac and cheese. When I tell you we talked about the Mac and cheesealmost the whole ride home, I?m not exaggerating. We?re positive there are drugs mixed in - it?s that good. Get 3 of them if yougo. We took some Oreo cheesecake to go for dessert and that didn?t disappoint either. We could?ve stopped eating, but the painwas worth it to have such amazing flavorful food. Went for dinner and had a great experience! Service was wonderful and food was pretty good. Love the variety in the menu and... there were so many things I wanted to try so will definitely be back. Got the cornbread to start and it was delicious. For theentree, we got the fried chicken, mac and cheese, and broccoli. Everything was good but the fried chicken and mac and cheesewere somewhat underwhelming. Super basic fried chicken with little spices/flavor but it was cooked well and still tastedalright. They had a more creamy mac and cheese vs a sharp cheesy flavor so it didn?t stand out much to me. Overall, it was goodand I?m looking forward to trying the rest of the menu! Read more
