When we first walked in, the entire place was empty and no staff to be seen. We started ordering on the kiosk and noticed that... it is a very limited menu (no chicken fingers, only basic shakes). I then noticed a bin full of cooked bacon and cooked burgerssitting next to the grill. I was hesitant to order but we had two hungry kiddos and decided to give it a try. All of us had lessthan pleasant bathroom experiences within an hour or two of finishing the meal. The staff did not say a word to us the entiretime we were there. Highly disappointing, how this place has good reviews is beyond me. The food was low quality and overly salty, perhaps thats why... their drinks are so massive. The best thing from my meal was the drink and even that wasn't good. Should have just gone toMcDonald's. Read more
I had the worst experience from this restaurant which I never had happen to me out of all the times I?ve order here. Me and my... spouse was praying good through the drive thru when this young guy was trying to take our order. All of a sudden a lady whichseems to be a supervisor started taking our order with an extremely nasty attitude which you can feel it through the speaks howrude she was. She tried to rush us and we wasn?t done ordering. We wasn?t being difficult customers or anything didn?t be rudeto her or anything like that we were basically trying to decided what we wanted which only took probably like 30s. We go to thewindow and she rushes our food pricing which I though she might have been talking to another customer on her headset. I let herknow I wanted my fries fresh she proceed to ignore me and so I repeated it and the. She got an attitude with me saying that sheheard me so i than Ask what?s the total. She still had a nasty attitude saying it?s $19.31. Me and my spouse didn?t like how shewas looking at use in a rude way or how her attitude was towards us so we left and didn?t get anything. I placed an order through Uber and I?m still learning how to use the app so I called the store asking for them to please help me... and the sweet kinda women on the phone was so incredibly kind and helpful! I will definitely be ordering from that store again!She had the most wonderful attitude and unfortunately not many people are as helpful as she was. She definitely went above andbeyond!!! The chain it self is delicious but this location is horrible. It's open it's 4am but listen to what you order. The burger was... wrong, I asked for onion rings and got fries in bag and I asked for lite ice and said it 3x. My drink was all ice!! We were so excited these were in Tampa because we came from Chicago and loved Steak ?n Shake! This is the worst one I?ve ever... been to. The ceiling was leaking in 5 different places I saw and it smells terrible inside. My bun tasted old and so did thesnickers pieces inside my shake. The soda tasted horrible. I went here to order milkshakes for my family, we ordered two Nutella milkshakes add Oreo to one and peanut butter to the other,... two Oreo milkshakes and one vanilla. They got all of them right except for the Nutella milkshakes, they brought out a peanutbutter and an Oreo milkshake and when we explained what was wrong the girl at the window proceeded to ask us what our order wasfour times and then proceeded to bring it back wrong. The manager asked what we wanted and he himself brang us the wrong shakesas well, so we ended up with four incorrect shakes and dumbfounded staff with disgusting attitude.
